Patient Care Nurse RN

Job Description:

• Perform routine nursing procedures and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is a plus.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.
