Description Introduction: Centers Health Care is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor LPN to join our team. As a Supervisor LPN, you will play a critical role in providing leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Summary and Qualifications: In this key leadership position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, including assigning duties to nursing staff, coordinating patient care activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Supervisor LPN Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct nursing staff in the performance of their duties, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient status, monitor quality of care, and address any concerns or issues.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, including maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Supervisor LPN Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program leading to licensure as an LPN.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
