• LPNs are required to document the health specifics of residents, including vital signs and temperature readings.
• LPNs play a vital role in providing medications and injections to residents as needed.
• LPNs play a vital role in administering treatment and dressing wounds and pressure ulcers as needed.
• It is within the scope of LPNs' duties to provide supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants when needed.
• LPNs supporting individuals with dressing routines and personal hygiene care.
• LPNs have the duty of supervising residents' ingestion of food and liquids, along with monitoring their output levels.

Requirements:
