Vector Marketing is currently in the process of conducting immediate interviews for part-time sales positions, where individuals are responsible for selling Cutco products through individual presentations. The company offers a set base pay structure that is not influenced by sales, aiming to allow representatives to focus on providing excellent customer service without the stress of meeting sales targets. Vector Marketing believes in the inherent quality of its products as the primary selling point.

Dealing with Cutco products customized for home use, our focus is on kitchen equipment and certain gardening tools. No prior knowledge of home goods is needed, as we give all the training required for you to excel.

Position Details:

• A fixed payment of $26.50 per presentation is provided to representatives without linkage to sales metrics. Advancements and incentives are awarded based on performance evaluations rather than length of service. Representatives can rely on a stable income, even during less successful weeks.
• Flexible Work Agents can arrange their work hours to match their individual preferences and circumstances. Some may choose to work around their school commitments, while others may opt for a schedule that accommodates internships or other work responsibilities. Additionally, there are opportunities for individuals looking to balance work with family duties, as well as seasonal positions for those seeking short-term work.
• As a company with a rich history, we prioritize providing training that fosters advancement opportunities within our ranks.
• Even in cases of short-term employment, the sales, networking, and communication skills cultivated at our organization are instrumental across a spectrum of industries.
• Choice of Location Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training are usually held in the office.
