Job Description:

Vector Marketing has open positions for part-time sales representatives, with responsibilities centered on showcasing and selling Cutco merchandise through personalized demonstrations. A fixed compensation model is in place, independent of sales numbers, to alleviate the pressure on sales reps and enable them to offer superior customer service. Vector Marketing relies on the exceptional quality of its products to drive sales naturally.

We are dedicated to supplying Cutco products that cater to household needs, primarily in the kitchen and with specific gardening tools. No prior experience in home goods is necessary as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Position Details:

• Representatives are remunerated with $26.50 for each presentation completed, regardless of sales performance. Commissions and career advancements are determined by performance metrics rather than tenure. A steady income is assured to reps, even during periods of reduced productivity.
• Flexible Work Representatives have the freedom to tailor their work hours to best suit their needs and preferences. This could involve adjusting their schedules to work around their schooling, coordinating with internships or other jobs, or balancing work with family commitments. Seasonal work is also an option for those looking for temporary employment.
• Our commitment to offering comprehensive training sessions underscores our dedication to preparing individuals for achievement.
• The sales, networking, and communication skills acquired during one's time with us are essential attributes that can be applied in various career paths, irrespective of longevity in the role.
• Choice of Location Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training are usually held in the office.
