Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

• Ensure that the service provided to customers is friendly, polite, and prompt.
• Manage financial transactions and operate the register to assist customers.
• Offer help in the upkeep of store exhibits, restocking of products, and maintenance of signage.
• Enhance the coordination and structuring of inventory in store environments.
• Create a neat and structured shopping environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and work to resolve any issues in a timely fashion.
• Engage in collaboration with team members to achieve store goals and deliver top-quality customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Not having worked before is not an issue.

• Expertise in navigating a fast-paced work environment and effectively managing multiple tasks.
