Position Details:

• A fixed compensation of $26.50 per presentation is offered to representatives without being contingent on sales outcomes. Recognition and career progression are tied to performance achievements instead of seniority. Representatives can maintain a stable income even during less successful weeks.
• Flexible Work Employees have the autonomy to design their work timetable according to their preferences and requirements. This could involve adapting to school schedules, coordinating with internships or other occupations, or managing familial duties. Summer employment options are also accessible for individuals in search of temporary work.
• Established over 40 years ago, we specialize in equipping individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge through our training initiatives.
• Regardless of the duration of employment, the skills developed in sales, networking, and communication during one’s tenure with us are valued across different professional domains.
• Following the training period, sales professionals have the option to work both from their residence and within the community, attending office-based meetings and training events as needed.

Basic Requirements:

• Takes pleasure in engaging with individuals
• Applicants must be either 18 years of age or older, or have graduated from high school and be at least 17 years old

• Capable of initiating within the following 7-10 days
