Job Description: RN – Medical

Overview:

Centers Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse – Medical (RN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical and nursing care to our residents in a skilled nursing environment. You will coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes, safety, and comfort for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and coordinate direct medical nursing care to residents based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in compliance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes, and respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Previous experience in a medical-surgical, long-term care, or skilled nursing setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care effectively.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and nursing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
