Description:

We are currently looking for experienced LPNs to fill part-time positions at Centers Health Care's Skilled Nursing Facility, focusing on individuals who possess exceptional communication skills and a welcoming attitude

Shift Availability:

• Available positions include options for part-time hours as well as per diem shifts

Compensation:

• A 10% premium for employees working during evening and night hours

Duties Include:

• LPNs are tasked with compiling resident information for admission, which includes medical records and insurance particulars.
• LPNs are tasked with recording residents' health data, which includes vital signs and temperature measurements.
• LPNs are tasked with the responsibility of administering medications and injections to residents as the situation demands.
• LPNs are tasked with the duty of addressing and dressing wounds and pressure sores as required for patient care.
• The role of LPNs includes managing and guiding Certified Nursing Assistants as mandated.
• LPNs helping residents with getting dressed and maintaining personal cleanliness.
• LPNs are tasked with observing the dietary and liquid intake as well as the excretions of residents in their care.

Requirements:

• Holding a current and valid LPN license in a state of jurisdiction.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Meeting the criteria set by the State Registry.
