Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide a level of service that is amiable, courteous, and effective for all customers.
• Operate the cash register system to facilitate customer transactions.
• Assist in managing store layouts, replenishing merchandise, and handling signage.
• Aid in the effective management and organization of stock within retail stores.
• Ensure the store maintains cleanliness and organization.
• Provide timely assistance to customers with their inquiries and ensure their issues are resolved promptly.
• Work collectively with team members to accomplish store targets and provide exceptional customer support.

Qualifications and Experience:

• There is no need for previous experience.
• Expertise in communication prowess and a constructive attitude.
• Proficiency in working efficiently in a quick-paced environment and handling numerous tasks simultaneously.
• Promoting a collaborative attitude that places importance on customer satisfaction.
• Willing to adapt schedule to include evenings and weekends.
