Responsibilities

Draft, introduce, and manage a Plan of Care designed for residents or patients.
Conduct resident/patient assessments.
Assist with patient evaluations and medical procedures under the supervision of doctors.
Arrange medical equipment, perform dressing alterations, and observe patients.
Monitor and document the crucial metrics and warning signs shown by the residents.
Ensure that patients receive the appropriate medications and injections as per their prescribed treatment plans.
Give direction to LPNs and CNAs on enhancing their skills.
Support RN Supervisors and/or Unit Managers with organizing admissions and discharges.

Requirements

RN licensure that is up to date
