Part-Time Registered Nurse - Home Health

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, promoting health and independence.

Part-Time RN Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessment, medication management, wound care, and patient education.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to coordinate care and address concerns.
Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Part-Time RN Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
