As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately managing stock levels, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This role requires precision, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities of Inventory Specialist:

• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain and update stock records, ensuring proper inventory counts by location.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Stock Replenishment: Restock warehouse shelves, ensuring efficient product flow.
• Shipping & Receiving: Transport orders to designated shipping areas and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company policies.
• Equipment Use: Operate non-powered material handling equipment to move products efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements for Inventory Specialist:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience:0-12 months of warehouse experience (preferred).
• 1+ years in order fulfillment, including cross-training in inbound, outbound, shipping, and receiving.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency for order processing, label creation, and inventory tracking.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for up to 90% of the shift.
• Ability to safely lift and carry 50-75 pounds throughout the shift.
