Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated team member to welcome, assist, and exceed guest service expectations. This role focuses on guest interaction, problem-solving, and promoting both physical and digital services to enhance the shopping experience. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and effortless checkout, guest service, and order fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver superb customer service by adhering to predetermined service protocols
• Provide a warm and sincere interaction with arriving guests
• Swiftly evaluate what guests require and adapt your approach accordingly
• Help consumers by informing them about the various products and offering resolutions to their problems
• Confirm the swift and accurate execution of scanning, bagging, and payment procedures
• Aim to have a tidy and structured workspace
• Inform customers about discounts, latest products, and store gatherings
• Prompt customers to engage in loyalty programs and to explore the possibility of obtaining store credit cards
• Assist individuals in utilizing digital tools effectively, such as the store app and internet-based functionalities
• Handle returns according to store policies to prioritize guest happiness
• Enhance the effectiveness of handling order pickups, drive-up arrangements, and gift registry transactions
• Assist in resolving guest concerns and lowering tensions in a way that aligns with store policies and guidelines
• Confirm that regulated products are compliant with the legislation at the federal, state, and local levels
• Assist in the day-to-day running of the store as required by the demands of the business

Job Requirements:

• Effective cash handling techniques and precise register operations
• Proficiency in conducting work outdoors in different weather scenarios
• Lifting and relocating products weighing up to 15 lbs on a frequent basis, with sporadic tasks that require lifting up to 40 lbs
• Capable of accommodating a schedule that involves nights, weekends, and holidays
