Job Description:

Vector Marketing is currently conducting immediate interviews for part-time sales roles, where duties mainly involve promoting Cutco items via individual demonstrations. The company provides a fixed salary structure unrelated to sales figures, thereby alleviating any sales pressure on representatives and allowing them to prioritize delivering exceptional customer service. Vector Marketing places strong emphasis on the inherent quality of its products to drive sales naturally.

We specialize in Cutco merchandise designed for household use, with an emphasis on kitchenware and certain gardening implements. No prior background in home goods is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Position Details:

• Representatives receive competitive pay through a base-appointment rate of $26.50 per presentation, which is not dependent on sales generated. Performance evaluations determine commissions and advancements, focusing on merit rather than tenure. Even during low productivity periods, representatives can still earn a steady income.
• Flexible Work – Representatives have the freedom to create their own work hours that suit their individual needs. Some individuals adjust their schedule to accommodate their academic commitments, while others do so to fit in internships or additional employment. There are also opportunities for those who need to balance work with family responsibilities, and seasonal positions are offered for those seeking short-term employment.
• With a history spanning more than four decades, our organization offers comprehensive training programs essential for achieving success.
