Responsibilities

Devise, commence, and execute a resident or patient-specific Plan of Care.
Conduct resident/patient assessments.
Support doctors in carrying out examinations and procedures for patients.
Equip medical gear, carry out dressing replacements, and oversee patient welfare.
Document and track the vital parameters and indications of the residents.
Carry out the administration of prescribed medications and injections as per healthcare professional's orders.
Share insights for LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.
Help RN Supervisors and/or Unit Managers with overseeing admissions and discharges.

Requirements

Possessing a legitimate RN license
