Vector Marketing is currently holding immediate interviews for part-time sales roles, focusing on the promotion of Cutco products through one-on-one presentations. The company provides a fixed base pay structure that is not linked to sales performance, allowing representatives to prioritize delivering exceptional customer service without the pressure of meeting sales targets. Vector Marketing places confidence in the quality of its products to drive sales organically.

Our selection comprises Cutco products designed for home applications, with an emphasis on kitchenware and specific gardening implements. Previous involvement with home goods is unnecessary, as we provide all the necessary training for your prosperity.

Position Details:

• Compensation for representatives is pegged at $26.50 per presentation, independent of sales figures. Promotions and bonuses are granted based on performance assessments rather than tenure. Even in weeks where productivity is low, reps continue to earn income.
• Flexible Work – Employees have the flexibility to establish their own schedules in accordance with their personal preferences and requirements. This may include adapting their hours to accommodate their academic commitments, synchronizing with internships or additional employment, or managing work alongside family obligations. Opportunities for temporary summer work are also available for those seeking short-term roles.
• We have a track record of providing quality training for over 40 years, emphasizing growth prospects for employees at all levels.
• Irrespective of the length of stay, the skills cultivated in sales, networking, and communication while at our company are invaluable across all professional sectors.
• Choice of Location Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training are usually held in the office.
