Nurse Residency - Registered Nurse

Position Overview: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise multiple team units at our Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate should have a highly positive attitude and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse.

RN Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication, treatments, and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as per care plans.
• Promptly respond to changes in patients' vital signs, symptoms, or medication reactions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' well-being and accurately record findings in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
• Foster efficient communication among healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Assist in developing personalized care plans in collaboration with medical professionals to address individual patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving patient safety and satisfaction.
• Registered nurses may work in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, schools, or private practices.

RN Qualifications and Certifications:

• An active RN license is required.
• LPNs are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Prior experience in long-term or acute care settings preferred.
• Proficiency in clinical evaluations and critical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
