Nursing Aide:
Epic Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated and kind Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our team! You'll play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our patients by providing direct care and assisting nurses in delivering exceptional care within our hospital setting.

Duities of Certified Nursing Aide :

• Direct Patient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
• Comfort and Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor vital signs, pain levels, and overall patient condition, reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly.
• Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
• Maintain Patient Environment: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to document care provided and patient needs.
