Description:

Centers Health Care is currently seeking LPNs with experience to work part-time at our Skilled Nursing Facility, specifically individuals with strong communication abilities and a pleasant demeanor

Shift Availability:

• Flexible work arrangements include part-time and per diem shifts

Compensation:

• Employees scheduled for evening and night shifts are eligible for a 10% extra compensation

Duties Include:

• LPNs collect data from incoming residents, including medical records and insurance details needed for admission.
• LPNs are responsible for documenting residents' health information, which includes vital signs and temperature records.
• LPNs are responsible for delivering medications and injections to residents whenever it is needed.
• LPNs are in charge of treating and applying dressings to wounds and bedsores when it is deemed essential.
• LPNs are tasked with supervising Certified Nursing Assistants as part of their job responsibilities.
• LPNs providing assistance to residents in dressing and attending to personal hygiene requirements.
• LPNs are responsible for keeping a close watch on residents' dietary and liquid intake and their bodily waste elimination.

Requirements:

• Possessing a valid State license as an LPN.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Fulfilling the State Registry specifications.
