LPN Responsibilities:

Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted.
Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Assist Residents with getting dressed and taking care of personal hygiene.
Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

LPN Nurse Requirements:

Must be able to work effectively as a team member.
Valid LPN State license.
Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
