Vector Marketing is currently conducting instant interviews for part-time sales positions, where the main role involves selling Cutco items through individualized presentations. The company provides a guaranteed base pay structure that is not tied to sales performance, which relieves sales pressure on representatives and allows them to concentrate on delivering exceptional customer care. Specializing in Cutco products geared towards home utility, our offerings include kitchen essentials and select gardening tools. Previous familiarity with home goods is not mandatory, as we offer comprehensive training to support your accomplishments.

Position Details:

• A fixed payment of $26.50 per presentation is provided to representatives without linkage to sales metrics. Advancements and incentives are awarded based on performance evaluations rather than length of service. Representatives can rely on a stable income, even during less successful weeks.
• Flexible Work Employees are given the opportunity to establish their own working hours based on their personal choices and constraints. This could involve adapting their schedules to align with their educational obligations, coordinating with internships or other employment positions, or managing work alongside family duties. Temporary summer roles are also available for individuals seeking short-term employment opportunities.
• We are renowned for our longstanding commitment to training excellence, ensuring room for growth within our organization for both full-time and part-time staff.
• The proficiency in sales, networking, and communication gained through our organization, regardless of tenure, holds significant relevance in any professional sphere.
• Choice of Location Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training are usually held in the office.
