Description:

Centers Health Care is in search of skilled LPNs to become part of our team part-time at our Skilled Nursing Facility, particularly those with strong communication abilities and a friendly disposition

Shift Availability:

• There are opportunities for both part-time and per diem shifts

Compensation:

• An extra 10% pay increase for working evening and night shifts

Duties Include:

• LPNs gather data from incoming residents such as medical histories and insurance information for admission purposes.
• Licensed practical nurses are responsible for documenting residents' health information, such as vital signs and body temperature readings.
• LPNs are responsible for providing necessary medications and injections to residents when required.
• Licensed practical nurses (LPNs) are responsible for providing necessary care for wounds and pressure ulcers through treatment and dressing.
• LPNs are responsible for overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in a supervisory capacity when necessary.
• Licensed practical nurses aiding individuals with dressing and personal grooming needs.
• LPNs are responsible for overseeing the nourishment and fluid consumption and elimination of individuals under their care.

Requirements:

• Possession of a legitimate LPN license from a recognized state authority.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Compliant with the State Registry requirements.
