Job Description:

Centers Healthcare is looking for caring and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to become valued members of our team at our 174-bed skilled nursing facility. As an RN with Centers Healthcare, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding care to our residents, championing their health and well-being, and cultivating a positive and respectful atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to residents, consistently maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Provide empathetic guidance and support to residents and their families regarding their health needs and treatment options.
• Closely monitor residents' health status, administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of all care provided in resident charts and departmental logs.
• Strictly adhere to infection control protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of both residents and staff.
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to proactively address and resolve resident needs and concerns.
• Maintain the utmost confidentiality and safeguard residents’ personal health information.
• Actively support the facility's overarching mission and values by fostering dignity, independence, and overall well-being among residents.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Previous experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to excel in a collaborative, team-focused setting.
