Day Shift Duty Nurse RN

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Day Shift Duty Nurse at Centers Health Care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and ensuring the well-being of residents during the day shift. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a caring demeanor, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Day Shift Duty Nurse RN Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during the day shift.
• Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Day Shift Duty Nurse RN Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
