We value teamwork and encourage our nursing staff to participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Establish, roll out, and implement a customized care plan for residents or patients.
Conduct resident/patient assessments.
Aid in the facilitation of medical examinations and procedures for physicians.
Organize medical tools, apply dressing changes, and monitor patient well-being.
Keep a record of the vital signs and symptoms exhibited by the residents.
Administer medications and injections that have been prescribed to patients under supervision.
Offer support for LPNs and CNAs in their daily duties.
Back up RN Supervisors and/or Unit Managers in handling admissions and discharges.

Requirements

Current RN license in good standing
