Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated team member to welcome, assist, and exceed guest service expectations. This role focuses on guest interaction, problem-solving, and promoting both physical and digital services to enhance the shopping experience. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and effortless checkout, guest service, and order fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by adhering to established service criteria
• Connect with visitors in a warm and authentic manner as they arrive
• Swiftly determine the requirements of guests and tailor your approach accordingly
• Aid clients by furnishing details about items and suggesting ways to address their concerns
• Guarantee precise and effective scanning, bagging, and transaction processing
• Keep your work station clean and well-maintained
• Notify customers about special deals, fresh launches, and upcoming store events
• Urge visitors to become members of loyalty programs and to explore the prospect of applying for store-specific credit cards
• Offer assistance to consumers in utilizing digital tools efficiently, such as the store app and online services
• Comply with store policies during return procedures to ensure customer contentment
• Efficiently manage the process of collecting orders, utilizing drive-through services, and coordinating transactions related to gift registry items
• Aid in addressing and diffusing conflicts with guests while upholding store rules and procedures
• Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local laws for regulated products
• Assist with overall store operations in line with the business's requirements

Job Requirements:

• Proficiently handling cash transactions and accurately operating the register
• Capability to undertake outdoor responsibilities in a range of weather conditions
• Repetitively lifting and moving items up to 15 lbs, with occasional lifting tasks involving items up to 40 lbs
• Open to working on a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
