Epic Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Nurse LPN to join our team. As a Night Nurse LPN, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents during overnight shifts, ensuring their health and safety.

Night Nurse LPN Responsibilities:

• Monitor residents' health and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct regular rounds to check on residents and respond promptly to their needs.
• Record and update residents' medical information in electronic health records.
• Assist with residents' nightly routines, including personal care and comfort measures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervising nurse.

Night Nurse LPN Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the state.
• Previous nursing experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation.
