Outpatient LPN / LVN

LPN / LVN Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in outpatient procedures and examinations.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess their overall condition during outpatient visits.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and medical history.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and coordinating referrals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

LPN / LVN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN or LVN license.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in outpatient settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
