Shift Availability:

• Positions are open for both part-time and per diem scheduling

Compensation:

• A 10% shift differential increase for employees working evenings and nights

Duties Include:

• LPNs gather resident information for admission, which includes medical histories and insurance particulars.
• Recording residents' health details, like vital signs and temperature, is part of the job responsibilities for LPNs.
• LPNs are required to administer medications and injections to residents based on their individual needs.
• It falls under the responsibilities of LPNs to provide treatment and dress wounds and bedsores as part of their duties.
• LPNs may be required to oversee Certified Nursing Assistants in accordance with regulations.
• The role of LPNs involves aiding residents with clothing and personal grooming tasks.
• LPNs are required to monitor the food and fluid intake and output of residents to ensure their well-being.

Requirements:

• Holding a legitimate and active Practical Nurse license within a specific state.
