Description:

Centers Health Care is actively recruiting qualified LPNs to join our workforce part-time at the Skilled Nursing Facility, especially those who excel in communication and have a pleasant demeanor

Shift Availability:

• Part-time and per diem shifts are currently open for applicants

Compensation:

• Enhanced 10% differential pay offered to those working evening and night shifts

Duties Include:

• LPNs collect details from new residents, such as medical documents and insurance data required for admission.
• The duties of LPNs involve keeping track of residents' health information, such as vital signs and body temperature.
• LPNs are in charge of giving medications and injections to residents whenever necessary.
• The role of LPNs involves treating and dressing wounds and bedsores when it is deemed necessary.
• LPNs are expected to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants based on the job requirements.
• Assisting residents with dressing and maintaining personal hygiene is a task undertaken by LPNs.
• LPNs are in charge of tracking the amount of food and beverages consumed by residents, as well as monitoring their waste output.

Requirements:

• In possession of an active license as a Practical Nurse in a specific state.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Adhering to the regulations of the State Registry.
