Nursing Care Specialist - Dialysis

Position Details: Involves delivering medical care and monitoring patient health status as a Registered Nurse

Overview:

Centers Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Medical (RN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical and nursing care to our residents in a skilled nursing environment. You will coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes, safety, and comfort for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply and organize personalized medical nursing aid to residents in line with specific care strategies.
• Execute medication dispensing, therapies, and medical interventions following physician orders and facility protocols.
• Be attentive to changes in residents conditions, report updates, and handle emergencies promptly and with efficiency.
• Complete thorough physical assessments and play a role in the planning and evaluation of care interventions.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, nursing teams, and other specialized areas to deliver care in a cohesive manner.
• Keep residents' medical documentation current and precise within their records.
• Inform residents and their families about various medical conditions, treatment options, and care procedures.
• Abide by the infection control and safety procedures to guarantee a protected setting for all individuals.

Qualifications:

• Obligation to maintain a current and legitimate RN license in the state.
• A history of working in a medical-surgical, long-term care, or skilled nursing setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of medical jargon and superior nursing protocols.
• Capable of fostering relationships and communicating effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizing tasks and managing time proficiently.
• Capable of using electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
