Responsibilities

Construct, kick off, and enforce a comprehensive care plan for residents or patients.
Conduct resident/patient assessments.
Aid in the facilitation of medical examinations and procedures for physicians.
Arrange medical equipment, perform dressing alterations, and observe patients.
Check and record the key vital signs and symptoms of the inhabitants.
Give patients the medications and injections they need as prescribed by their healthcare provider.
Share strategies for LPNs and CNAs to improve patient outcomes.
Assist RN Supervisors and/or Unit Managers in the oversight of admissions and discharges.

Requirements

Possessing a legitimate RN license
