Responsibilities

Set up, start, and carry through a tailored care plan for residents or patients.
Conduct resident/patient assessments.
Provide aid to physicians during patient assessments and treatments.
Arrange medical equipment, perform dressing alterations, and observe patients.
Keep a record of the vital signs and symptoms exhibited by the residents.
Carry out the administration of prescribed medications and injections as per healthcare professional's orders.
Provide tips for LPNs and CNAs to excel in their professions.
Support RN Supervisors and/or Unit Managers in coordinating admissions and discharges.

Requirements

Validity of RN licensure/certification
