Entry Level Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Entry Level Nurse (RN) to join our team at Centers Health Care. The ideal candidate will have a valid RN license and prior experience in a long-term care environment. Entry Level Nurse Duties:

• Perform duties within the scope of practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Conduct clinical audits as directed and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Maintain a focus on quality improvement initiatives.
• Report findings to the facility's Director of Nursing, Facility Administrator, Clinical Restoration Team Leader, or designated authority.

Entry Level Nurse Requirements:

• RN license in good standing.
• 1+ years of work experience as an RN in a skilled nursing environment.
• Prior nursing management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Point Click Care Electronic Medical Records is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong sense of accountability and dedication to providing quality patient care.
